黑料社 Announces Relocation of North Hollywood Campus to Burbank

Scheduled to open in Spring 2027, the Burbank campus will increase student capacity by 45%.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. and LOS ANGELES (November 24, 2025) 鈥&苍产蝉辫; 黑料社, the healthcare education division of , today announced plans to relocate its Los Angeles County campus from North Hollywood to Burbank in Spring 2027. The campus will occupy more than 48,000 square feet at 115 N. 1st Street in downtown Burbank.

鈥淔or nearly 40 years, Concorde has educated students across the Greater Los Angeles area, which reflects our ongoing commitment to the region鈥檚 economy,鈥 said Kevin Prehn, Division President, 黑料社.  鈥淩elocating to this larger, more modern space in Burbank, with its thriving healthcare sector, will allow us to serve up to 45 percent more students pursuing fulfilling careers in the high-demand healthcare sector, and work with even more employers seeking to fill their talent pipelines.鈥

鈥淲e are excited to welcome Concorde Career College to Downtown Burbank. Concorde will bring hundreds of students, faculty and staff into our downtown economy and we look forward to this strengthening and expanding our healthcare sector for years to come!鈥 said City of Burbank Mayor Nikki Perez.

Pending regulatory approvals, the Burbank campus will offer expanded programming in high-demand fields such as dental, allied health, patient care and nursing. Concorde currently has 560 students in Los Angeles County and, with the relocation to Burbank, expects to serve approximately 800 students at scale.

According to the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment opportunities for several of Concorde鈥檚 programs, including respiratory therapists, surgical technologists, and physical therapy assistants are expected to grow. In addition, data from the California Department of Economic Development shows the growth outpaces the national average statewide and in Los Angeles County in these programs, as well as in practical/vocational nursing.1

More details about the Burbank campus will be announced next year.
